GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR FLAGGER:

Flagger comes in a .ZIP file called Flagger.Zip.
Flagger.zip contains:
	Flagger.exe   (the program file)
	Flagger1.hlp  (the Windows help file)
	TCoNexus.ini  (the setup file)
	README.txt    (this file - latest instructions)

A sister file, FlagAcc.zip, contains the necessary accessory files if 
you don't have them on your system:  
	GRID.VBX 
	CMDIALOG.VBX 
	VBRUN300.DLL

All the necessary instructions for installing and setting up Flagger are 
given in the On-Line Help system.  You get access to this by Running it 
from the Windows Program Manager, File Run command.

To install the system:

1. Unzip the file FLAGGER.ZIP in a suitable temporary directory.

2. Start Windows, and from Program Manager, select File Run: 
		yourtempdir\Flagger1.hlp 

3. The Help system for Flagger will start up, in the Contents topic.

4. Click on the green heading "Setting up Flagger".  We strongly 
recommend that you then Print the resulting instructions so that you can 
work through them.

5.  If you have any problems with installing Flagger, please don't
